It’s a truism but you never regret having gone for a run. You might not feel like you want to go. You might struggle whilst out. You might be running in the wind and rain. Your main view might be rush-hour traffic. You might feel knackered when you get back.
All these things were true tonight on my post-work 5 mile run. But sitting here, back at home and having showered, I’m very happy I ran.
I have been working hard to take Red and Rio Botanicals in a more organic direction along with our packaging changes, and I’m proud to introduce first new product that matches that visions. While I have been busy reformulating many of the old favorites, this has emerged as a fresh and yummy new item that represents much of what Red and Rio Botanicals stands for!
